Are you looking for some good CGM and Pod Patches?

When Payton first got diagnosed we did all of the cute patches for her CGM and Pumps. Once she got older she didn’t really want all the prints with unicorns and princesses anymore. There are a lot of patches out there to chose from but they can get pretty expensive. So here are some patches that we like to buy because they aren’t over the top and super pricey.

There are some new patches that we have seen and want to try. We are holding off until she switches to the new Dexcom G7.

If ya’ll. didn’t know yet. The new Decom G7s now communicate with the Omni Pods. We have to wait for the pharmacies to start getting the updated Omni Pods first. The doctor says that the new Omni pods should be in circulation within the next month or two. Once your next batch of pods come in check to see if they say G6 and G7 on them. That’s how you’ll know if you can make the switch to the G7 or not.

Payton can’t wait to have the smaller CGM. I can’t wait for the ability to put the new one on while the old one is still reading. This will stop the dreaded 2 hour wait time!
