Are you struggling to fined a good flour?
We tried a few different brands early on but I personally didn’t care for them. Payton would eat anything and everything. I’m glad she liked it because it honestly wasn’t all that great! I was determined to be able to create food that the whole family would want to eat. At this time in our life I was cooking two sets of food every meal. I finally found my go to brand a few years later and thankfully it’s pretty much always in stock (wipes sweat off of forehead). Bob’s Red Mill Gluten free 1-to-1 baking flour.

This is pretty much all I use now! What really sealed the deal for me on this flour was my homemade chicken and dumplings. Once I was able to make that taste close to my old non gluten free recipe I was 100% sold. I even use it to make my roux now! I can’t tell you how relieved I was to start cooking in bulk again! This was a game changer for me and my hope is that it will also be one for you too!
